Consultation on Housing Development

New housing is planned for our parish

  • Where should it go?
  • How could the community benefit?
  • What conditions should be required?

Our parish has an indicative target for 50 new homes by 2034 to help provide affordable housing for local people and help address the regional housing crisis.  Developments have now been proposed on several sites.  Our Neighbourhood Plan is our chance to say where we think new housing should go, and what it should be like.

The Neighbourhood Plan also covers other key areas like energy, environment, heritage, transport and social amenities.  The complete Neighbourhood Plan and key supporting evidence will be available at the events and exhibition.  Your comments are welcome.

Come to a consultation event and have your say!

  • Get the latest update on development in the parish
  • Have your say about the proposed new housing sites
  • Hear what others are thinking
  • Influence the Neighbourhood Plan

How can I find out more and share my views?
